H1st vision
Software République asked us to build an experience around its prototype, H1st Vision. Two applications, for two very different ways of meeting the car:
- An augmented reality application to explore the concept.
- An application driving an autostereoscopic display — 3D discovery with no headset and no glasses, on the Vivatech stand.
The augmented reality application built on the Dacia AR foundation, with richer interaction: the vehicle is staged in an elaborate scenario that reveals the embedded technology one system at a time, rather than presenting it as a list of features.
The autostereoscopic screen is the guaranteed wow moment — walk past it and the car appears to step out of the display. Hold your hands up in front of it and you can take control: turn the viewpoint, or open a point of interest.
A nice moment along the way: when the concept car was unveiled on the main Vivatech stage, our augmented reality version was invited up there with it.
