ENSIIE: two immersive rooms installed

ENSIIE, the French national engineering school for computer science in industry and business, has equipped its Évry campus with two immersive rooms for its students and researchers.

The school chose to install two complementary systems: a mid-range set-up with four projection faces, and a two-face system that lets students get to grips with development on this kind of platform.

A four-face system

The high-quality set-up rests on four BARCO projectors, with a mirror for the floor projection, and on a self-supporting structure that carries all the screens and projectors. The room was dressed with printed covers made for the occasion, in the colours of the project's various partners.

A second system for learning

The second set-up is dedicated to students, to make these immersive technologies easier to reach. It builds on the robustness and reliability of our Voxel gaming systems, which makes it something you can fit into a teaching environment without heavy maintenance.
